The Site is hosted on the Cloudflare Pages platform. Cloudflare, Inc. is a company incorporated under United States law, adhering to the Privacy Shield (or to any equivalent data transfer mechanism recognised by the European Commission).
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, databases, and their compilation) is the exclusive property of Med Romania, with the exception of the trade marks and logos of the universities and organisations mentioned, which remain the property of their respective owners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Site’s elements, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without Med Romania’s prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of the Site or of any of its elements constitutes infringement, punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
3.1 Trade marks
The trade marks and logos appearing on the Site are registered by Med Romania or by third parties. Any reproduction or representation of these marks, alone or combined with other elements, without the express authorisation of their owner, is prohibited.
3.2 Hyperlinks
Setting up hyperlinks pointing to the Site is permitted, provided that deep linking (linking to an internal page without going through the home page) is not used where it could create confusion in the public’s mind as to who publishes the content.
Med Romania accepts no responsibility for the content of third-party sites to which the Site may link.
4. Personal data protection
The collection and processing of Site users’ personal data is governed by our Privacy policy. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended on information technology, data files and civil liberties, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection in relation to your personal data.

5. Cookies
The Site uses cookies strictly necessary to its operation (session, language preferences, cookie consent) and anonymised audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics, with IP address anonymisation).
In accordance with decision No. 2020-091 of the CNIL (the French data protection authority), the user’s prior consent is required for non-essential cookies. A cookie settings banner is presented on the first visit.

6. Limitation of liability
6.1 Informational content
The information published on the Site is provided for information purposes. Med Romania endeavours to keep this information up to date and accurate, in particular through a regular verification process that is documented publicly. However, admission procedures and Romanian university requirements change independently of our will. We encourage users to always consult the official sources (the UMFs’ admitere pages, the Monitorul Oficial) alongside our pages.
6.2 Availability of the Site
Med Romania endeavours to keep the Site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Nevertheless, access to the Site may be suspended or interrupted for technical maintenance, updates, or in cases of force majeure. Med Romania cannot be held liable for loss resulting from the Site’s temporary unavailability.
6.3 Support services
The support services offered by Med Romania are governed by our Terms and conditions of sale, which every client must accept before the contract is concluded. Information about the services on the Site’s pages does not constitute a contractual offer but a commercial presentation. The contract is formed only upon express acceptance of the terms of sale and payment of the price.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to use of the Site, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may have free recourse to a consumer ombudsman with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with a business.
